If you are on the ground floor and not in Times Square, it is quicker to take the lifts inbetween Russell Street and Lane Crawford to the 10th floor and walk down 1 level.
Not only are there plenty of seats and wifi , but there are also electric plugs at tables near walls. Great to hang with your laptop or iPad.
