Premium prices, but undeniably great coffee . Cappuccino is a bit small, but it is really well made. Also the carrot cake is really delicious.

Hyoni

Flat white coffee (the milk is truly velvety silky soft) & ANY of their cakes (carrot , banana , lemon poppy seed , apple cinnamon , chocolate ) are ???????? Not a coffee person but Fuel always hits the spot!

Richard Foo

They serve one of the best coffees in HK , without a doubt. Coffee is robust and heavenly strong. Try their cakes too. The Choc Fudge and Lemon Poppyseed are good.

John A

Terrific coffee espresso drinks . Robust flavor and good finish. Recommend: Piccolo Latte and carrot cake square. Served by very handsome and knowledgeable baristas .

Susanna Soo

Cafe latte same size: $48 at fuel $25 at Wagyu Lounge . Both great quality but I think the one at wagyu has more kicks. Less $ and wait time plus closer to my work so wagyu is a clear winner.

Vincent Quan

One of the best places for espresso based drinks in HK. I would recommend the piccolo or the cappuccino . A bit pricey though even for HK.

Chris

Been coming here for years. Always a great coffee despite being a little pricey . I ran out of battery and they lent me a power bank which was a great idea and great customer service!

Matt T

Best coffee in HK . Experience a little bit of Wellington, New Zealand's coffee culture from 9,000km away.

Christine

Take a little rest in between shopping at the IFC for a really good coffee ! Great Cappucino and iced cafe latte ????☕️ ????

Kailey L.

A much better choice than Starbucks. I don't know anything about coffee , but here coffee tastes strong and the milk is very frothy and smooth. I can definitely feel the caffeine down my blood stream.

Mario Presi

Make sure you can grab a seat and enjoy a wonderful coffee and people watching ! Great for informal meetings and seeing friends.

Vera VvV

Coffee was really good whether it's a hot mocha or an iced latte ...their coffee actually wakes you up for realz ✌????✌????

Hongjai

Dark roast here. Flat white is smooth. Good for hanging around next to suits during the week

Benoit Travers

Has already been mentioned a number of times, but great coffees

Joel Savitzky

Some of the best coffee in HK . Get the double ristretto espresso to be ready for the day!

Kam Nagra

The coffee is nice once, but definitely needs the sugar they provide with it ????. If you don't like to add sugar then stick to Pret ????. Also there is no WiFi ????.

Ton C.

Best coffee in Hong Kong. Wish it wasn't stuck in a shopping mall and stayed open later

Tabitha Johnson

Delicious coffee and treats! Turnover for tables is quite regular, so you don't have to wait long for a table.

Suzanne Storms

Simple desserts are simply awesome- they say Aussie - I say reminds me of real American desserts with taste!

Thomas Milazzo

Fuel // it's pumping // evident that it's the best coffee in town // my only gripe ... a simple baguette or Italian sandwich on offer would be a great treat

FoodieWorld

Fuel won an Honorable Mention for the Champion Cup of Coffee Award at the 2013 Foodie Forks! We heart it for the sanctuary of tranquility (aka coffee buzz) in IFC...

SV Ah Ma

Good coffee , yes. But when you sit for five more seconds than your coffee lasted they'll ask you to move on.. crap service

Katrina

Great coffee . Strong. Quality reflected in pricing. Seating allows for ppl watching in the IFC mall .

Y Hong

Got a piece of carrot cake to go and ended up having it the next day, still moist and delectable.????

Joseph Wan

Very good expresso . Very good selection of coffee brews. Hot chocolate is better at LGB on the floor below.

Sergio Galzerano

Great flat white , a bit pricey but you are also paying for being at IFC

Alaric Sng

The banana bread is a must have! Simply divine! These guys make an awesome cup of soy coffee too!

Ivan Vania

Jazz & "relaxing café con leche", thanks to this iPod loaded with decent tunes

Angela Liu

Promising coffee and their iced latte is always favourite in the summer

Leigh-Anne M

Silky, mild mannered but flavourful flat whites . Plenty of seats. Cash only for small purchases (two coffees was small).

Em Donnelly

Worth the trek from Kowloon for the coffee . Particularly if you're an Australian in need of a good coffee !

Eun Jung Choi

Nice Cappucino . Good sound, as well .

KITCHEN MAISON HONG KONG

M-F: 07:30 -19:00 S-S:10:00 - 19:00. Single is recommended over double espresso . Also, try their New Zealand specialty, "Flat White ".

valerie tay

espresso lungo on point. friendly staff who speaks English.

Ton C.

Best coffee in Hong Kong. Try the carrot cake !

Richard Qi

IFC has many coffee places . This is the best one. It is located on the third floor - 3023

Alex W

I have to disgree with nic t. I like my coffee black and thought the taste was not too bitter. Upgrade for 4 for the size. Like user Hels said the masala chai tea latte is excellent. I like fuel.

Youngmin Kim

Very strong coffee . Nice atmosphere.

RTWgirl Arnette

Get the banana bread . Seriously the best one I've ever had anywhere. Made some little Chinese lady.

Spencer Douglass

Don't take Nic too seriously, one bad experience can put him off a place for life. Fuel has some of the best coffee in HK . Their espresso is outstanding, their lattes are powerfully concentrated.

StartupsHK

Quiet corner of IFC mall . Good coffee and lots of sitting space with table.

TravisD

Have to ask for your receipt. They hold them back like it is a special service despite everyone here on business meetings .

Joanna

Horrible service. I waited 15min for the coffee , had to go back to the counter to ask for it. The coffee was delivered 5min later with no apology. The piccolo was burnt. Avoid! There are better places

China Daily USA

Originally from New Zealand, this is the place for hardcore coffee lovers: The brew is fresh and the baristas know their stuff. Read more

Nils

Excellent espresso ! Both the classic and the dark roast are really nice.

Ali A

Amazing coffee , a bit overpriced

Riva Hiranand

Awesome coffee but don't ignore the baked goods - amazing carrot cake !

HT

Of you get here early, easiest way is to head to ifc 1 office tower forum & head upstairs in the mall .

SV Ah Ma

If you like it strong like me, one of the best in Hong Kong

Casey Lau

This place is great...if you can get a table.
