The only Tim Hortons I've been to that plays nonstop rap. As to whether this is a good or bad thing, you decide.
I don't know about the other tips saying service is bad, but they're really on the ball here. Fast and very friendly staff .

Service can be flaky, try to get an older person because the younger lax on paying attention. AM much better.

Single worst TH in the city . Avoid. Typically slow, inept service, workers chatting while customers wait, and wrong, burnt order and sickeningly greasy bag with--bonus--donut frosting smeared on it.
They never have any of the bagels in stock
They run out of donuts at 7 in the morning smh.
I waited nearly 30 minutes for a Hot Apple Cider . I was going to request a refund and leave, but that probably would've been another hour! Horrible Service!!!
