Drive Thru is always SO slow! When you pull up to the window the employees are moving at a snails pace in the back. Walk in is much faster, not sure why!

Toasted asiago bagel with cream cheese , but their coffee is a bit dilute

When ordering, use a unique name (e.g. Voltron) so there's no confusion with similar sounding names. Stand at the cashier til you have your food in hand so that they can't say "we've been calling you"

If you want your sandwich plain it's best to repeat this 3 times since I can never get them to do it. I always have to remove everything they've placed. Ugh!

Love the bagels but it seems like the people the work the drive thru are either headless or they care more about the people inside

If you need to make a left on Howell Mill when leaving you are better off parking at the Kroger and walking to Einstein. Will save you 10 min and maybe an accident. Besides, the walk is healthy.

Good service today, but after seeing how dirty the drink station was and only an 83 health score, i am afraid to eat my Lox !!! I work in resturants and an 83 is inexcusable!

Do the Turkey BAT on a garlic bagel.The avacado and tomato spread make the sandwich !!!!!

Their bagels are as amazing as their customer service. Chloe gets my order right everytime.

First vegetable is free on your morning bagel . Just ask for tomatoes or your favorite.

This location is absolutely horrible ! They neverget my order right the customer service is awful and on more than one occasion there's been paper still on my cheese on my bagel Blake is a terriblemgr

I usually go to the one in Ansley- I will continue- this one is chaotic at best. Took forever and my bagel was cols when I got if.

Perhaps the slowest drive thru anywhere in the city . A simple bagel isn't worth the hassle.

It's a shame that this is the location right down the street from me. Slowest service ever and rude staff . If you go through the drive thru , be prepared for your order to take 10-20 minutes.
