Get the schoolgirl bowl . Also wish they brought back the Prawn Star Takko.

If you're looking for actual Japanese food , you're in the wrong place. If you want fast, tasty, moderately healthy food , then you are in just the right spot :)

Josh A

Solid healthy Japanese options done quickly. Sushi options limited to basics. I recommend the house bowls or build your own. Fresh ingredients !

Candice Ramirez

Love the schoolgirl bowl !!!!!!! So glad it's still available at this loca! Very sad to see it go at soco loca:(. But now when I'm up north I try to stop by just to get the schoolgirl bowl !

Divya Mulanjur

Zen is true to its name. Japanese food . Fast. Good food at very reasonable prices.

Dan Katz

Pro tip! Ask them to cook your noodles on the flat top. It's like getting food from downstairs at the Japanese department stores .

Katy Thompson

Get the schoolgirl bowl . If you want sushi , don't show up at open.

Lauren Sheehan

Try getting a bowl with fresh greens instead of rice . There's great sugar free and gluten free markers on items. Helps you know what's in your food

Kelli B

Spicy chicken on noodles is da bomb! Also the chuck Norris and the prawn star tacos are delish!:)

Darren Lewis

First time you check in at zen you get a free drink

Food court quality Japanese food . Don’t understand the high ratings.

Add an egg . You'd be crazy not to!

Mix hibiscus , jade green tea and sprite for an awesome drink ;-)

It's not on the menu , but they'll still make you a Dashi Bowl.

Jeff Streber

The new menu is great. And they still have the buddha bowls for the kids.

Betsy GM

It its not currently closed. Person ergo left that comment is wrong.

Hate the remodel and new menu. Art was better before and it's more difficult to order now. They're moving toward other sit down Asian/noodle places. I won't be coming back. My salmon bowl was terrible

Shelley Baker

Authentic all the way.

Bijoy Goswami
