Busy before 9 & after 5 cause of the keep fit offixe workers, but quiet most the time. Open 24 hours , friendly and helpful staff , great equipment and free classes . Day passes for only a fiver!
Nice kit but too busy, I joined a "Rocky" style independent gym for only £10.99 per month on a 3 month contract, no posers , lots of martial artists and helpful gym goers, great atmosphere! Read more
Total posers gym during peak times but the equipment is good and the 24hrs opening means you can find a time that suits your vanity level. Don't forget a padlock for the lockers tho!

If you haven't got a gym padlock already, bring £3 to buy one, otherwise you'll have nowhere to safely store your belongings.
