Book yourself into one of Apple's workshops! Very useful for finding your way round macintosh programs. They do numbers, garageband iPhoto workshops. Amongst others!
I'd strongly advise booking an appointment in advance for the Genius Bar (tech support). Went in today & they couldn't fit me in.
Be nice, and be honest. Apple geniuses have a lot of leeway when it comes to replacing devices.

If you have a receipt and/or part number, Apple often do free replacements for accessories etc.
Need to check a website or look something up. Just pop in a use an iPad
Check out the *new iPad (otherwise known as the iPad 3) and find out if it's hot !?
If you need a device actually repaired, and not replaced for a few hundred quid, don't bother going here. Completely useless - don't even look at the device in question before telling you to replace.
Talk to Giles in the Business department, he's really helpful and looks after you.
Be prepared to wait. Chronically understaffed. Buying anything means standing around for twenty minutes.
