The matcha with pearls was good

Love their roasted milk tea ! But be aware that their black pearls do run out at times. We've had that problem a few times now.

Cash only . Don't forget to get a stamp for loyalty card

Good tea . Bad operation. The person taking the order also has to do the tea , resulting in long long queue!

When I was there it was a pleasant time. Not overcrowded. Our party of three was happy with the experience.

It's a popular place apparently and thus overcrowded. The selection of toppungs is kind of small compared to ither places.

Love the bubble teas here.

Had to repeat my order 5x when i came 1.5 mos ago since the crew kept on punching the wrong order & add ons. Glad to know they have improved. However, the service is still slow. 😑

Find an alternative place for bubble tea ! Quality deteriorated drastically! Tea tastes watered down with way too much sugar when I asked for 30% & texture of pearls hard to chew here! :(
