Great fragrance and cosmetics Depts. I got the new Vincent Camuto yesterday!!! However, the shoe dept is absolutely horrific. Goto Springfield or King of Prussia Locations.

Everyone in the fragrance section is friendly with the exception of the hefty black woman near the GaGa section. Attitude and not pleasant.

It's a huge property. Very courteous & friendly staff .
Take the elevator to 2nd or 3rd floor. 1st floor gets crowded fast.
Great store but they are under construction so some departments were hard to find
The light show and Dickens Village are holiday must sees but prepare for lines at Dickens Village .

The MAC counter staff is much nicer here than at the snooty Walnut street location. Same products, better experience.

Eat at Ralph's Cafe on the 43-44th floors for a truly unique panoramic view of Philly. The food is great (my fave is the grille) and the staff are fun. - Jack .
