Bare bones gym , if you have a pretty good idea of what you're doing and just need equipment. No group classes , but they do offer group training sessions. Staff is super friendly
Nice staff , clean facility and affordable ! I do prefer to go early in the morning to miss the crowd.
Everything is good...machines, free weights, cardio machines. Very few "muscle bound" goons that can't keep it up...slam weights/machines to the point you can hear it over ipods/TVs
