Super nice & accommodating staff . Large rooms & a great location for enjoying the amazing local restaurants & waterfront . They offer a free shuttle to the airport , Amtrak & other spots.

I'm surprised no one on here has talked about the indoor pool . Do you know how awesome that is? It's an east coast luxury ! Friendly and accommodating staff as well .

Solid hotel room with comfy bed and nice bathroom . Hotel well maintained. Parking garage was good too

The hotel has been completely renovated in the last few years. It has the best views in the city , bar none! Only a 10 minute walk to the Old Port hot spots. And the elevators finally bypass the lobby!

Not like other holiday inns . Feels upscale with beautiful views of the water.

Good location, easy walk to old town & water... Rooms are older & a little dated.

Just a hotel . Our room with a view was of another building rooftop unless you look far far away.

Loads and loads of parking , and all rite across the street from the Portland art museum

Be wary of the staff and double check what they do. Didn't have a single interaction with staff during 2-day stay that didn't involve a bad attitude and a mistake. Room, hotel itself was fine.
