Nice comfortable place to enjoy coffee and great coffee cake . A little on the pricey side for Portland.
Cozy , pleasant coffee shop in the center of Ladds Addition. Medium latte is 16 ounces, which would be large anywhere else. Friendly , relaxed atmosphere .
A very cozy place to come work, and you don't have to feel bad about over-using the wifi because they have a "spend $3.50 and get a code that lasts for 3 hours" policy ????
I liked the cake and tea . Kind of dark during the evenings so if you're coming to study — might need to grab one of the 2 tables with lamps.
Great atmosphere, soothing music , free wifi , cheap refills . What more can you ask for?
Excellent tea selection , a mini library in the back... Great place for studying or hanging out. Desserts are fantastic.
Great cake . Good espresso drinks . Large tea list. This place is a hidden gem .
The atmosphere at Palio is reason enough to go, let alone the amazing coffee they serve!
This is a cozy neighborhood cafe with an atmosphere that's like an arts & crafts bungalow meets library interior and oldies music from the 1940s are playing.
Pros: tropical iced tea was great and the tables are huge (good study options). Cons: expensive for what you get and wifi only lasts 3 hrs.
If you haven't got cash and'll want refills, open a tab; there's a $5 minimum for cards. The pastries are OK, but I'd go for the cake . WiFi resets haphazardly (probably an ISP torrent deterrence).
Delicious coffee and usually excellent dessert selection.
Palio is great neighborhood coffee shop , with big tables, lots of outlets, and a small but tasty menu of noshes .
Their desserts are rich and delicious but huge. Perfect to share with a loved one!
This is and will always be my favorite cafe on Portland. Try the tarts or spinach salad , and Mexican mocha . Come here for great place to study .
The tea should probably be a little stronger in the lattes .
Espresso and friendly service with acoustic jams
You must try the fantasy cake .
Ask about their amazing spinach salad !
Humongous teas and the soup of the day is always delicious!
Iced black tropical tea is perfect for a warm summer day
Watch the bikes go by...gorgeous homely place.
They should just do a 50¢ charge for credit card purchases under $5 like other mom-&-pop coffee places in town . All I want is a coffee , I shouldn't be forced to buy more.
There's a stash of old Grantas in the Elm Room.
Large 4-shot mocha = double-plus good.
In the winter come early, back room gets crazy crowded .
Hold a giant warm mug in both hands and gaze out the window at the rain you're not in.
Dope spot. Dude behind the counter was a little bugaboo.
5 dollar credit card limit
