Big grocery store with a deli counter in the back and a salad bar up-front. Basic seating but a decent selection of hot and cold things.

Always, always check the expiration date before buying any food. They don't do a very good job at keeping the only the fresh products on the shelf.

Higher prices & lower quality than Whole Foods. Yes, it's locally owned, but that's really they have going for them. Also, wear headphones to avoid the shitty music .
