Coffee is great, customer service is greater. If you want a quick coffee to go, go to the other chains . If you want great service, a great, proper brewed coffee and good food, definitely come here!
They make a good macchiato , the coffee is good, friendly staff and the place smells of good roasted coffee . The place is not very charming, but the rest compensate. Free Wi-Fi also.

Cold Coffee and slow service = Harris & Hoole. Looks very nice, but coffee is only average and you get charged more than the other chains ! Plus its really owned by TESCO!!
