It's part restaurant , part grocery store . Great food. Come earlier so food will be hotter. I'd suggest coming here for some of the local goods and foods you might miss from the PI.
The lumpia I got was amazing. Dozen pieces for $6.00 including tax. I didn't even finish them all they were so filling.
One of the best Filipino restaurants in the area - I bring my Filipino friends here. Small eating area with line service, but good!
