Parking is an absolute nightmare during busy season. Plan on playing a real life version of Frogger as you cross Front Beach Road going to & from 1 of the inconvenient parking lots across the street.
DIXIE in the corporate office should be fired. Amazing local staff (minus the Maintainence staff ). Every single number is on their website is wrong.
The rooms are spartan but do have an iron and hair dryer. Don't expect luxury but it is a comfortable place to sleep and enjoy the beach .
Motel style access to rooms (open halls, not indoor halls). Every room looks out to the beach .
Do NOT have handicap / WC accessible rooms. I didn't even know that was legal. In 2016, were told all rooms being redone & would have WC rooms. Came back in 2017 and that was not the case.

Our room could have been a little cleaner (hair in corners of room and carpet not really as clean as I would have liked). I heard an employee say they are redoing rooms off season.
This is such a nice place, especially since it's one of the few condos that can be rented if you're under 25. The staff is really nice and the beds are so comfortable. Definitely coming back! - Patricia Adams
