Great place. Read the fine print about the additional fees; don't be surprised when additional money is requested at check-in. Outside of the main property, check VRBO for options. Swanky place .
This is such a nice place, especially since it's one of the few condos that can be rented if you're under 25. The staff is really nice and the beds are so comfortable . Definitely coming back!
If you're over 27 with a family... Go stay in Seaside . Forget this area, especially here!

Jesse at the front desk is amazingly polite, and the cleaning fee is for after you leave. This is a condo-type establishment and doesn't clean until you've check out.
The people fussing about swapping out their own towels and no room cleaning don't understand that this is a CONDO not a hotel !

From the outside the hotel looks amazing but they dont clean your rooms and they make you swap out your towels and sheets yourself. Out of four stars I give them ZERO.
