Didn't expect such a nice place for a concert ! Not a huge place but it's beautiful. A lounge area , two bars , neat lights, nice ambience.

The 4th floor VIP Lounge complete changed my view of this venue. Had an amazing time. Comfy couches and waitress . The show from the main room is playing on big HD TVs .

Stumbled into a lively street party. Right in front of Staples Center . Lovely Friday evening experience.

Overly-zealous LA Live security. Huge line for metal detectors, TSA-style bins & thorough purse/man-purse/keychain inspection. Inside, girl in front of me got kicked out for taking crappy phone pics.

Archeologists will one day refer to the Novo as the place Heilung once played.

Got free tickets to see B.O.B and Kevin Gates. Was my very first rap concert . Wasn't a packed house but it was pretty chill .

It's like a scaled down version of the Wiltern in here. Lineup early if you want to get pit access. Otherwise, find a nice spot by the sound booth for the best sound.

Spacious dance floor with upper balcony seating . Sound system can be better.

Great Venue for a concert but try not to buy standing room tickets. Balcony seats are good too if you sit in the first half.

It's a small venue . Balcony , VIP pit area and then a regular general admission pit. Weird they have "two pits."

Came to see The Presets and the venue was great, but I had no idea GA didn't give you access to the pit. Lame! During the show people ended up jumping over the barrier anyway.

I saw MatisYahu here. I don't like that you need a special ticket to get close to the stage, and anything behind that (general admission) is a terrible view . Pillars everywhere.

Have dinner before the show around the corner at Flemings. Great food, friendly service , nice ambience. Ask for Ian to wait on you

Go early if it's General Admission. They close the lower level once it's full!

Get the VIP tickets, the seating is awesome and soooo worth it. Plus you don't have to wait in the long line !

For most shows, you need a wristband to get in the pit. Sometimes you have to go to the pit bouncer farthest from the club entrance to get one, and that's only if they aren't all gone already.

Avoid row BB on the VIP level. Lots of legroom BUT hard to see over Row AA

Use the elevator instead of the escalator.

Took forever just to get inside. Zig-zagging line including a metal detector -- are you serial?

One of the worst places in LA for a show. You have a choice get here early and overpay for drinks or get here later and sit in xrappy seats upstairs... Or just avoid this "venue"
