The Sands Theatre

Good size theatre . Friendly front of house staff and crew!

Smaller of the two theatres , one will still get a reasonable view when up on the grand circle . Beware the first row, your view will be blocked by the balustrade in front. Second row onwards is fine.

Come early as the Sands Theatres have HUGE seating capacities: 2,155 for bigger Grand Theatre ; 1,680 for Sands Theatre . Expect long queues due to ticket & security checks

Heaps of shows and performances here for both young and old!

Restrooms on the level 2 are emptier. Restrooms on level 1 are often too busy.

Do not buy the pop corn at the main becoz u cant eat in the theater . Don't know why they still selling... Enjoy!

Outrageous prices for snacks . $ 4 for small bag of chips . Bring your own!

The "security" check looks not only for cameras but food. I was forced to check some food I had in my bag into the cloakroom. Ridiculous.
