The Grand Theatre

The lion king musical was amazing. Bring cash if you want to get snacks . The credit card machine won't work 100% due the low signal inside.

Pretty well organized theatre even after the show is over. Like in other countries , seat shouldn't be a problem. Save $ on tickets? Invest in theatre binoculars ! Front rows? Remember the 'spit range '!

Lion king was a great show! Must see but beware of people who loves to talk throughout the show. Complain to the ushers and they will take care of it. Remember your manners peeps!!!

If you are looking at circles seats, don't sit in the first row as your view will be 'blocked' by the handrail balustrade.

Reserve a table at Osteria or Pizzeria Mozza before you head for the show - they are usually booked out

Food and beverage consumption not allowed in the theatre . Unlike Broadway and West End. Coz it's Singapore y'know. Damnkiasu.com! :P

The theatre auditorium is huge and spacious . It's definitely worth your money to watch a performance over here!

Riverdance's last run includes a leg in Singapore. Catch them before they leave or you'll never see the best Irish tap dance group ever!!!

Lion King @ the Theater..really a good show.. The music ,the backdrops,the lighting..everything!!

If you must sit upfront, don't venture less than 3 rows from the front. The performers don't seem to have a spit range further than that.

they being WICKED.. food & drink WICKED-ly allowed inside the theatre for the whole WICKED time.. ;P

Don't buy any food as they don't allow any of it inside...unless your wife is with you and there is enough space for popcorn in her bag

The "security" check looks not only for cameras but food. I was forced to check some food I had in my bag into the cloakroom. Really ridiculous.
