Always amazing food, Great wine selection & sommelier , plus Jeff must be the best server in Utah--Takes his job seriously and makes an art of explaining the menu. The new chef is from Wahso--get fish !

Pago is a solid dinner spot, and the nearby 9th and 9th intersection is cute to stroll through, with a few ice cream shop options for dessert .

Love being able to engage with chef here if I sit at the bar ! Cold press coffee has zero bitterness. Wahso chef here but returned to Park City :( . Pago still excellent choice.

The duck is AMAZING! also the deviled eggs are delish and whatever they served me for desert , something about chocolate gelato in a puff pastry made me weak in the knees. Bottom line , worth the price!

Don't get a table. If you can, sit at the bar top facing the kitchen. Chef is great and personable. Great experience.

Excellent service , my food was a bit cold and the waitress brought me a brand new freshly made plate.

Intimate setting, food with mostly local organic ingredients , service you would expect in a city a bit more grown up than SLC -- a few reasons why Pago has moved to the top of our list for dat night.

During the week the Pago burger is awesome, for Sunday brunch ... add a few scones to your breakfast !

Jeff is the best! Friendly and incredibly well versed on the offerings. Make sure to try the"fancied up" version of tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich .

We split the smoked fish-a 10! With chicken hash , a filling 7. They should do breakfast every day.

They are always willing to provide "off menu " vegetarian options that are delicious!

It's good when it's good but sucks when it sucks. The most inconsistent restaurant I have ever been to. I've learned my lesson not to gamble on this place. Ps. Our waiters horrible B.O did not help
