Great wine , homemade pasta and as an European I am very happy with the original Carbonara . Also the vegetarian psta dish was just awesome. A La Barba Espresso as dessert , and life is just good...

A must experience if you are into eating delicious food and ever in the Salt Lake area. Get the chicken , trout , beef stroganoff , sabblefish. Def get the Brussel sprouts and beets side dishes.

I had the best meal of my life here! This place blew me away on a short visit to SLC. I shared the paprika shrimp , pork chops , Brussels sprouts , and buttermilk tart . Every dish was artfully assembled.

Walked in on a Sunday night. Excellent chef-driven market fare. Food prepared and served with a passion. Highly original. I enjoyed the flank steak au poivre (perfectly cooked to medium).

Delicious and simple food—there's nothing I love more than a simple arugula salad , shishito peppers , and beets . Excellent spot for a vegetarian who wants something a little more polished.

U like the overall design design and ambiance of The Copper Onion. It has an industrial chic / rustic feel . Excellent cuisine though the price point is high compared to the cuisine offered.

I try to come here whenever I'm inSLC, it's awesome. Everything on the menu is unique and delicious. Had the leek agnolotti and Mary's chicken tonight, so good.

Everything we ordered was fantastic: meatloaf , stroganoff , fettuccine , and all the sides. Cheesecake was delicious. Staff was friendly and efficient. A great place for a family celebration!

The burger , the carbonara , the chicken , the brussel sprouts , the sticky toffee pudding ... I've yet to find something I don't like. I love this place.

Menu lacking in diversity with a few (good) starters, two burgers , two pasta dishes and the remainder eggs in all shapes and forms. Beware heavy handedness on the salt.

The Orange Hue whiskey cocktail is wonderful, the bone marrow appetizer is scrumptious (had never had it and delighted in trying it...and finding it so delicious!)duck is perfection. ,

Great place! Ask for ice if you want it. Copper onion burger is good (would have been better with no carm. onions ). I'll try the stroganoff next time. Frozen yogurt portions are small.

Great place to go if your solo. Belly up to the long counter overlooking the chefs and watch them work magic making your meal! 5 stars

Flank steak sandwich is a MUST! Their spicy aioli is PERFECTION, and how can you go wrong with a runny egg , dripping over the rest of your sandwich and your crispy bread .. oOoOo what a goodness!

Best to order family style . They have a broad range of dishes (American, Indian, Korean, etc) but everything works well together

Ricotta dumplings are great, side veggies are crisp and fresh, lemon semifreddo is a great way to end.

excellent resturant. Good spot for an affordable brunch . good Bloody Mary's and mimosas . Had the American Breakfast , very tasty.

A great restaurant in SLC. I'm sure you can't go wrong with anything on the menu but the wagyu beef stroganoff is a solid choice.

Great. Burger , dirty rice , cinnamon bun , eggs , cocktails . Would more than hold its own against anyplace in NYC

Caramel malted ice-cream was the best ice-cream I've ever had!!! The duck entree was amazing! I got the pork belly plate as some suggested but it was just meh.

Coming from San Francisco, I have to say this was the best restaurant I've been to in SLC! Beef stroganoff pasta dish was fantastic.

Best food in SLC. Sit at the bar , order a glass of Orin Swift's biggest red and shisito peppers . Perhaps the burger . Guaranteed a great time ;)

It was expensive (like any steak house ) but worth it. Great char, flavorful everything - highly reccomend.

Good food. But it was a 45 min wait to be seated, 30 min for our appetizer and an hour to get our food. The wait kind of ruined the experience.. bummer deal. On the bright side a lot of thinking time
