Other than the historical relevance of the original one in Seattle, this is the best one I've been to. Not overly crowded , good service and really really clean .

One of the sweetest staff I've ever seen. Mika is lovely as is Te. Steph is hilarious and Kathy is so nice! Lovely employees. Always stop by

Great service and staff ! My favorite is an iced passion tea ! Yummy on a hot summer day!!

Long lines in the morning, but the staff is pleasant and gets you out pretty quickly!

It's an incredible day to grab a frappachino or ice tea and take a beautiful walk along the Lake front.

Really busy before 9:30, but the baristas are doing better at cranking the drinks out quickly.
