The customer service in the pharmacy is incredibly BAD! If you're a business owner or a college professor I recommend taking the staff or the class here to see what NOT to do.
I came here (pharmacy ) once like 3 years ago, incredibly slow and "dumb" clerk. Now I'm here again and the service seems pretty slow again. The worst of the 4-5 Walgreens I've been to in Baltimore.
Checked in at Pharmacy Drive-Thru. Staff had no idea about the Flu Shot Giveaway and thought I wanted a flu shot for myself. Wouldn't look at my phone to see the offer. I someone in need still gets 1.
Check into Walgreen's at Quarry Lake and they'll donate a flu shot to someone in need .
The store is dark, neat but the carpet is worn & needs to be replaced. The pharmacy is a mess! Long line to pick up prescriptions!
