Landmark Resort

Here for my 1 year anniversary. The place surpass my expectations. Customer service gets 5 stars, the food gets 5 stars, everything gets 5 stars. Very happy and pleaaedm

Very family friendly . Love the water park & putt putt. Haven't had any issues with wifi . Routers in every room. Starbucks in lobby but they won't accept gift cards. Clean rooms . Friendly staff .

Best pools! Not the newest hotel but very clean , super friendly staff and Starbucks on site. Love the smell of the lobby, like a spa !

Great family vacation. Need to redo old elevators n hallway carpet, but overall all 17 of us has a ball. Reservation desk needs to be clear with ppl, a lil miscommunication but it all work out

Convenient location and short walk to the beach . Very kid friendly but not so much aimed for young adults. The pool has strict rules about coolers and the young bartender is a jerk.

Wi-Fi is weak if you manage to connect. Room service had to be called to take out trash and exchange towels on the 12th floor. Pools are fun and its close to the beach . The only plus.

So much to do for the kids and the adults! Love it and would recommend it to everyone!

Didn't have any problems with the room, it's just a little out dated and they need to keep the pools a little cleaner!! Didn't like how people were coming in from beach and getting in the pool!

beds are super uncomfy, pools are nice, staff is nice, breakfast buffet is great, room smelled, kitchen poorly stocked, lots of wall damage

Gross hotel !!! Roaches,stray cats,vomit on deck. We felt very unsafe because the anyone can walk into the hotel from the public beach access .

The pools are awesome, but their check-in system is down and we had to wait hours... And wasted our time to spend at the beach/pools.

Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle.

Nice and clean rooms . Poolside entertainment and bar and food. Make sure you meet Salty the shark.

Some people where leaving bad reviews online but I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Great value

Nice resort . Clean & free shuttle to & from the airport ..

The comass cove down the road is better. Here the hotel smells like smoke both kinds. Here four days and couldn't find the sauna . Took two hours to check in after we paid two months in advance.

No security here. Hide your wives hide your kids. Walkers in the hallways .

Absolute worst dining experience in the resorts restaurants . The servers were not friendly and the kitchen waited 30 mins after I ordered to inform they were out of that & have me reorder. Ridiculous.

Smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere! Room, hallways , sheets.. Not my favorite
