OK for young kids; not so much for adults. The IMAX theatre is fun, as is the butterfly exhibit . Expensive considering what is on offer.
Attention all performers , science enthusiasts, entertainers, improv actors & comedians audition for MOSI STEAMpunk team. Jan. 8 from 11-2.http://www.mosi.org/contact-us/employment-opportunities.aspx
2 adults and had a great time. Nice place super interactive. Imax dome, what?!?!?
With annual membership, you can also go to the Award winning Lowry Park Zoo 2x per year in what they call a membership swap
My one negative experience here: the teenage boys who work/volunteer there were incredibly inappropriate to my teenage sister. Stalking and "complimenting" will not get you a number!
Today is the last day for the half-price Groupon offer for Einstein on Food & Wine . https://www.groupon.com/deals/museum-of-science-industry
They sell Disco Sticks in the gift shop . If you find them irresistable, keep in mind when purchasing one it can be awkward to recite the lyrics to LoveGame while the male cashier rings you up.
Community-based institution and educational resource dedicated to advancing public interest and understanding of science, industry, and technology.Home of the only IMAX Dome Theatre in the state
If you are interested in the Special Exhibit only, as opposed to going through the entire museum , I suggest MOSI After Dark. These tickets are generally discounted up to half off the general admission

Food Truck Madness is back at MOSI, Friday, 2/28 from 6-10 p.m.! https://www.facebook.com/events/214988598692166/
has a whole different building for the kids!
The mummy exhibit was definitely cool. I was just hoping that it would of been a bit larger for how much it costs.
One of the wonderful places this area has to go for a walk on a sunny day.
This is a place for kids and their parents. I felt like a pedo not having a kid with me ???? Don't waste you time or money.
Had a great time here. The girls had a blast.
Really big museum , bring walking shoes
The butterfly building in back has hundreds of butterfly species
Control your children ! I was trying to beat Jon and a little kid came and kicked over all of our kings!
For free parking go behind MOSI to the public park . You'll actually save money and time by not having to go through the check out process at the gates.
fun for kids of all ages
ADD is not my friend here. I'm also considering a campaign to mandate limits on offspring for humans after this visit. The children are not merciful in their quest for domination.
The IMAX dome is awesome!
Great museum . Seems like everyone was having lots of fun, while learning too!
First off: real IMAX size (even though it's the dome). Maybe more importantly: no digital projection! Vastly superior quality of movie! - Paul Martens
Kids can spend all day here trying the experiments on display. Cool place. - Manjunaath Thiyagaraajan
Save $4 by parking at the free public softball complex parking lot on 50th street. - Michael Blitch
Let the kids practice and learn about various Weather jobs including: emergency manager, reporter, scientist, director and anchor! Lots of fun! - Michaela H
Definitely not a relaxing place to go and watch the kids play. Adult interaction is required! But it is a really nice place, lots of fun for all ages! - Jill Carlee
Is very nice and fun. - Jorge Alberto Mussuto
