Had the garden milk tea , which was cute (it's made to look like a little garden with Oreo crumbs and sprig of mint ) and very good. The service is a bit slow but I appreciate the final product.
One of my favourite bubble tea places at the moment. You can really taste the tea in these drinks. Royal 9th and Garden were really good!
Any of the top 5 most popular list are a great choice for bubble tea !
Deerioca (house made tapioca ) only weekends after 8!
Had cocoa w/ black rice which was not bad, but they don't provide spoons. How am I supposed to eat the black rice then? Burn my tongue by drinking a hot drink thru a straw, or wait until it gets cold?
Friendly service . Very limited seating . Had the Garden Milk Tea which was ok
This place has great bubble tea but long lines with minimal staff members. They only had three workers serving about 20 patrons - poor organization .
Get the royal No. 9 milk tea mmmmm
Tea is great and staff is really friendly !
Ginger brown sugar milk tea is great
Atmosphere leaves much to be desired. Glaring white light from shopping centre hallway ruins the ambiance. Drink machines are WAY TOO LOUD , it's annoying to converse over the intermittent screeching.
Deerioca is very mediocre. Sesame tapioca balls are doughy instead of chewy. The overall combination is not worth the $6.50. Long lines , great service but low efficiency.
Iron goddess milk tea is great!
Always packed w people
Love the ice and sugar options. Love the Matcha Mousse drink, and the roasted milk tea. Will definitely be back to try the other items. - Janice W
My fav AYCE kbbq dinner around town. You get AYCE meat (amazing ribs and kalbi), appetizers (I.e. Tempura, etc) and soups (incl. Pork bone soup, soon tofu, etc.) - MC
Dumplings are a must! Steamed or fried is amazing! Very authentic, portions are plenty, surprisingly inexpensive and it's a very underrated restaurant ???????? - Jeff San
You can never go wrong with the two ladies or three guys drinks! - Sam
Much more modern than the other Chatimes! Great place to grab a bubble tea to smuggle into the movies on the upper floor .. - Matt Hui
Great place for bubble tea in a relaxing atmosphere for catching up with old friends. - Jason LP
The location is hard to find. The drive-through was good and fast. - Aziz Joh
Gyuu don is my favorite but the katsu pork curry was good too. Get a side of tsukemono! - Alejandro Portela
