Love the ice and sugar options. Love the Matcha Mousse drink, and the roasted milk tea . Will definitely be back to try the other items.

Good that you can have a choice of getting 0%, 30%, 50% 80% 100% or extra sugar/ice on your drink. Labelling system is easier for the staff to read the order not like Starbucks.

High quality drinks, on par with Ten Ren's, but limited seating and a noisy atmosphere make this more of a social hotspot, rather than a tablet hangout. Avoid if you are looking for quick takeout .

Thai milk iced tea is a bit too chalky.. Will stick with reg milk tea

Get the bubble tea half sweet unless you like REALLY sweet drinks .

roasted milk tea is great but the tapioca bubbles are very hard and unpleasant

I'm sensitive to the sugar used in the drinks. It upsets my stomach.

Expensive drinks for the younger generation/students . Nothing attracts me here (and I work in the next building) including service, seating, environment and all other drinks. Not even the free wifi .
