For those need to eat Gluten Free , Dairy Free, and Vegetarian , the Smoothie place and Kamasouptra are both amazing. Kamasouptra has GF rolls and soups , and it's delicious local food!!

Avoid the rush of big grocery stores ! Get great fresh produce , breads , pastries and freshly made salads and spreads and select deli meats . The friendly associates are helpful and will give samples!
