Coffee is delicious... And the cafe and its neighbourhood is really pretty :)
Seasonal specialty lattes are made with homemade ingredients. Cafe Harvest is made with real pumpkin and their own spice mix. Yummy.
Winter Warmer "Cafe Nordique" is a latte with honey , cardamom and vanilla . It is tasty but not sweet. You must like the taste of cardamom to enjoy this one, though.
You should certainly have cortado and also carrot cake ????????
There are extra electrical outlets hidden under the counters with seats against the windows. Excellent. :)
Really great coffee + my friend loved her 'Parisian Mist ' (similar to a London Fog ). Not really cozy , but comfortable .
Bar seating at the window has convenient plugs under the bar to charge your mobile.
Wifi - The Toronto Public Library wifi does work but it might take a few tries to establish the connection.
Same good coffee and tea but a weird setting inside the library . Different vibe than you expect from Balzac's.
Beautiful place where I enjoyed reading and writing in long Canadian winters.
It's about the frappes , but their selection of sweets is good too
It's a very independent style coffee shop . Love the locale!
wifi password changes frequently so save time by asking for it before you sit down
Try the Maple Iced Coffee . Just the right amount of sweet!
Need to use the bathroom ? The keys are by the cashier with rulers on the other end of the keychain. Anybody else see the irony? ????????
Parisian Mist is leeeeegit. A little on the sweeter side though.
cannot go wrong trying their carrot cake :))
Medium roast brewed coffee ????????
The coffee or The baristas are just a bad. Awful cortado , I'd rather go to Tim hortons for this kind of coffee . Seriously. A cortado doesn't have water wtf.
Balzac's Carrot cakes is the best ????????????
For a good coffee near Toronto library .
The coffee shop has its own entrance and washrooms.
The magic bar is so good!
Good coffee , but I found their lemonade way too sweet, couldn't finish drinking it.
the wifi here gets worse every time i visit
try the canadian coffee :)
Favorite place to work while watching passerbys
Parisian mist...basically a London Fog under a different name
Had a latte . It was atrociously bitter and tasteless
I really liked my expresso
Brewed coffee barely average
Muito conveniente para quem está estudando na biblioteca e não quer perder tempo procurando por um lanche rápido. O café e chá são boas pedidas. O preço não é muito amistoso não.

Great food. Not digging the coffee. Try the chai tea instead. The cookies, and pastries are super. - Daniel Ho
