Really enjoying the free loyalty reward program they have. After I signed up at guest services , I got a card and every time I visit the mall I check in. Its just like foursquare and there's prizes too

Much better since the renovations but don't go when you're hungry as the food court is still located in the most Inconvenient part of the mall .

The new parking design is a disaster. Random dead ends and barriers and ramps that are backed up or blocked.

Don't go in thru the Pickle Barrel mall doors.. Unless you're prepared to smell the odor of constant b.o.. C'mon bcc, some air freshened helps. A lot..

DO NOT PARK on the leveled parking in mid December. Terrible design having one ramp going up and down left us sitting in our cars trying to get out for nearly 2 hours!
