Their best buy warranty system for cell phones (which is $16) ..... get it it really works.. They do as they say.. they exchange it over the counter if it's defective
Go during the day. This place is a zoo in the evenings.
This location tends to close an hour or so after the mall . Therefore there is plenty of parking on the upper level with its own entrance.
Check out Stephen in the TV section! He actually knows what he's talking about!
Talk to 'UK' in the computers department. Great guy and he will hook you up!
Lack of professionality, lack of technical term understanding and allot of salesman trying to sell you a more expensive product. Also make sure they bring you the correct model of the item.

Best Buy is the worst. I preordered a video game and they sold it. "Oops sorry, we can order you another". Never again.
