The beer is very good and the traditional food is THE attractive ! I strongly recommend this place. All the tables are shared among the clients and the decoration is made with barrels.

Great beer hall helpful staff . Busy vibe and quality tasty beer . Food was average but cheap . Not sure about the potato dumpling didn't enjoy these. Pretzels are a winner. As a tourist it is a must do.

Wonderful place!! The beer is very tasty and also the plates. I ask for the traditional pork with sausages and i couldn't finish it, it was too much but i loved it

Nice schnitzel and beer . Try the beer from barrel and beer with lemonade . It's really good. The atmosphere is amazing. Make reservations a day in advance though cause it gets really packed.

Absolutery fantasitc ambiance, decor and bavarian foods ! No smoking inside, so that smorkers have to go outside. Outside of this resutarant is crowded , so you can find this resutarnat easiry.

Probably my favorite place I ate in Munich (at least so far). Good vibe, amazing food, and really efficient service . Sit on the roof - there's shade!

I prefer this place over Hofbrauhaus. Come early to secure a seat and order the best beer in Munich ! Sausage plate w/ sauerkraut is traditional and excellent.

The Pope’s brewery .. it’s a traditional place with traditional german food . The food is not fantastic but it’s worth the experience.

Cool and typical german bar ! Would definitely recommend to sit on a table with bunch of strangers and get to know them all! Waiters though have their german rude way to serve, but you'll get over it!

If you’re planning to go on a weekend, think about booking . It was crazy busy from 18:30 onwards and all the tables in the hall were reserved . No beer for me. ☹️

They have the dish of half of the farm animals stuffed into a pan, luckily their beer comes in 1l mugs and you're gonna need it ;)

One of the many similar beer halls in Münich but this one is not over crowded and too loud . Go for the traditional Augustiner plate.

The steak with potatoes and onions is nice. Price was reasonable. However when the waitress brought the bill she kept insisting on me giving her a tip

The pork with cabbage and dumpling is nice (i think 645) and basically everything is delicious but the waitress was quite unfriendly.
