Google Wi-Fi. Busy location that often runs out of my fave breakfast sandwich (sausage , egg and cheese ). Lots of outdoor seating and nice indoor options in International Place.

Nice staff . Quick service , especially considering how busy it is. Plenty if open seating since most people just come get coffee and leave for work.

Great staff . It does get busy. No clover machine here though. Congress st or harbor hotel are options if you want clover .

The staff here is great and very friendly ! They always get my drinks right with a smile!

At rush hours (early morning and mid-afternoon) there are actually two lines ...if you are just getting a coffee or something else that doesn't require prep, you can jump to the fast line !

Get a shot of white mocha in your iced coffee you will never drink another without it!

Come here every morning, though I'm not staying in the hotel . Wonderful employees!

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Shocking for a hotel location.

These peeps know their stuff. And there's even an express line for regular coffee and tea orders!

Usually less crowded than state street, much smaller location. No seating.

You can always expect a line here, at this touristy Starbucks location.

The team here has some serious need for customer service training ...yes, lots of tourists , but tapping on glass to get a customer's attention is unacceptable.

They are not as friendly here as at other Starbucks. Staff could try harder to please.

Try the coffee . I hear they have it.

Strong hot fresh coffe

Decent Starbucks normally, but lately there seems to be some kind of fruit fly problem, which is very off-putting.

They have a clove machine to make any brew you like

Services is extremely slow for being located in the heart of the financial district.

Nice people, they comp'd my order, cause the line was so long!

Slowest service ever and more expensive than 1 Financial right across the street. Do yourself a favor and go there! More pleasant workers, quicker and cheaper!

Unfortunately sometimes this store is short staffed therefore slowing productivity. Send applicants!
