After doing a mile (or a few, whatever your preference) on the elliptical , take a break for 10min then get on the treadmill . It works out your legs and then gives them a break do as not to cramp up.
Usually pretty busy, but the machines are pretty new, including the tanning beds . Staff is nice and they have free pizza on Mondays.
Just stay calm and work out!
