Make sure to have a receipt with you for returns or exchanges.... Otherwise the staff will treat you like a thief!!! Worst customer service of any Gap anywhere ;(
Worst customer service ever. Tried to return a pair of jeans (receipt in hand) and was hassled beyond belief because her computer wasn't registering my purchase. Annoying! Buyer beware.
