The Genius Bar is amazing. Had an issue with my iPad , made an appointment one hour beforehand, arrived, got it checked out and replaced in 10 minutes. You can call in to book an appointment as well !

This Apple Store has some of the friendliest staff . Remember, your iPhone can scratch and shatter, protect it afterwards at the ZAGG kiosk downstairs with the invisibleSHIELD.

This store doesn't open at 11 am on Sundays. It opens earlier (9 am, I think) for Genius Bar appointments and workshops. You can go in early and play with the iPhones or Macs, if you'd like.

By far the smelliest Apple Store I've ever been in

The worst Apple store I've ever been to. Why is there 10 staff members standing around doing nothing while paying customers are stuck in line waiting for the ONE hard working guy to serve them.

Terrible service at this apple store. Never approached by any of the sales staff and over a half dozen standing around. Rather buy on amazon or eBay.
