I am a fan of the Reserve On Line and Pick Up In Store within 24 hours policy. Someone else would have been walking out with my new toy otherwise.

It's always so difficult to get the attention of a sales associate here.
Big store with no one interested in helping anyone. Shelve selection is poor. Feels like they have inventory to go out of business.
