Good for private parties! If you like to take some fresh air , they have tables outside but more importantly: they have the best view on the actual monument .
Great place for drinks after work, or pre drinks! You get a few old men on the dance floor that smell of BO!

Charged us 7 quid for a pint, then later made me and my colleagues pour our drinks into plastic cups because they were running low on glasses.
