Ah Lam Abalone Noodle shop has opened a Lam's Signatures stall here. The Salted-baked Chicken Thigh (鸡大腿) with noodle/rice is popular among lunch crowd. There's Gou Qi Zi added in its free soup .

There's also some other finger food choices for snack / tea break sold at this Lam's Signatures new stall at the refurbished Koufu flagship aircon food court .
