Avoid the overcrowded cafe at ghibli museum and go there instead! Nice lunch menues and various chai teas to order. Menu is in Japanese only, but stuff is friendly and does translate the menu for you.
Cozy but average. No English menu, you're mostly at the mercy of the staff 's keen but scattered translations - I never actually ended up with the spiced chai I wanted. +1 for the fab chai bread though
