This mountain is awesome but much steeper than the east coast mountains . Their green trails are equivalent to blues on the east coast.

Skiers :Check out PandaPoles!! Awesome totally green company (based out of Utah). MyFellowBoarders:Keep your speed...so you don't end up like me...stuck in the trees lol. HAVE FUN!!!! :-)

Greg Wright

Hike to the top of Union Bowl and ski it. Best snow on the mountain most of the time. While you're up there go ahead and admit that I'm the best skier on the mountain .

George Marzloff

great skiing , close to frisco, accessible by summit stage bus without needing to transfer. the trails are grouped into green/blue/black regions so you can avoid running into greens all day

@cobih

Love this mountain . Will definitely return. One of the better mountain to ski/snowboard in Colorado. Also quite affordable when compared to its counterparts.

Mike Pascoe

Copper has it all. Been coming here for years and looking forward to many more memories with family. They always have great events planned.

Allyn Proffitt

Instructors here are fantastic! Take a lesson, it will be worth it! And you won't look like an idiot trying to figure stuff out on your own. Been there. Lessons are the way to go!

Steven M

Excellent for spring break skiing this year. It's just covered enough for a ride up the new Storm King T-Bar and the views are amazing.

Jack's is a great bar for apres skiing . There's also a food court area with a variety of cuisines to suit any taste.

Head off the beaten path to Union Meadows or Spaulding Glade for some of the best tree skiing around, and untracked powder if you're lucky!

Tonghe Liu

Copper is the most comprehensive ski resort on IKON pass. I was never disappointed coming here skiing !

Sam Gr

Take the cat to Tucker if it's running and you're up for a short hike . Worth the long wait for untracked pow!

Skiing Magazine

Hike for your turns out at Tucker Mountain : the free snowcat takes you most of the way up. Then, boot it all the way out to Fremont One— you'll likely be the only one that did.

Holly Kamm

If you get parked in overflow parking , don't walk over. Take the shuttle! No designated walking area

Doug McCullough

Great place to ski . Love the three sections.

Bill Stein

At lunchtime, the patio at Jill's (at Center Village ) gets pretty crowded . TIP: they usually open up the banquet room right inside for lunchers! W00t!

Mike Mulvoy

Expansive terrain, beautiful area. Came here from NH, and was a sad man to leave

Alex Kafer

Get out early before the lines get long, and if you are up for it, behind the mountain has some epic black diamonds!

Guthrie Gundy

Best resort in summit. Period.

Darin Hagre

Take the Super Bee lift for more advanced terrain and slightly less-crowded slopes .

Copper is a great natural mountain to separate the skill levels

Good mountain for beginner-intermediate skiers and doesn’t seem to get as crazy crowded as Breck

Ryan Knapp
