I like this part - of town - walkable - great to explore.
ask for a room on the 5th floor. some of the floorboards are squeaky, and rooms on lower floors can be noisy if your upstairs neighbour is a walker!
Slightly expensive for what is offering but in excellent location
Don't ever stay on a Saturday night as all the stags and slags get in from Oceana at 4 in the morning screaming and shouting! Lesson learned the hard way!
the internet routes via Germany, so don't pay for the connection if you want to use any UK only sites like iPlayer, 4OD, etc.

A cute little hotel restaurant, but beware if you're having breakfast here staying at the Hilton. It gets really busy at breakfast at popular times of the year. Go in early or expect a 15 min wait. - Trave77er
