Rooms need a refurb Noisy hotel they do leave U ear plugs but not the nice soft ones Staff never seem to know what they are doing They've lost our booking twice. Interrupted early on a late checkout
For me it's about the Brand, clearly not the most glam location but it hold special memories for us & we love Park Plaza.
Service is good but sadly the hotel dies seem a little dull without any edge over the other hotels in town . Overall a solidly good hotel at the heart of town .
A solid budget hotel but the rooms a thoroughly unexciting
Big rooms , centrally located.
Lie on? If you ask, you get an extra hour to checkout for free, else it's £10 an hour!
Avoid the buffet breakfast on a sat morning. Full of drunks and chavs!
The higher priced king or executive rooms really aren't worth the extra price tag... Except for the free brownie ..
The Chicken Baguette is very nice!
