The Westin O'Hare

I've stayed at this hotel for 4-5 nights every year since 2004 (American Marketing Association Leadership Summit) and am always impressed how great the staff is. :)

Fantastic workout room ! FIVE nice, new treadmills & FIVE ellipticals . Although a bit worn here & there, the hotel is clean - and that's what matters most to me.

Very nice hotel , nice staff , airport shuttle available by request, excellent room service , nice tvs , robes, great bath, clean , Starbucks in lobby.

Smallish bar proper, but the bar menu itself has some fantastic items not usually found at hotels . Hot dogs ? Blue cheese covered french fries ? Woot!

Beautiful remodeled rooms, great staff and a killer deal via Priceline. You do have to pay for parking though.

Very Nice staff . The Benchmark is a very good hotel restaurant . Comfortable beds as usual in a Westin.

The staff can schedule your wake up calls at checkin. Always do 2!

There's a free shuttle between O'hare and the hotel . Every 30 mins from 5am to 7am then every 15 mins.

Excellent service for having 200 show at the same time.

Under renovation 1/20/14. Avoid til they are done. Restaurant and bar set up in a banquet room. Front desk in the middle if the walkway. But still charge full price for everything

Crowded . I feel like this building is secretly a giant incubation chamber for pwc employees - they pop out of every door.

Great hotel but a long way from the city

Pay only $12/day at the Rosemont Blue Line park and ride lot just a block south of Westin and skip the ridiculous fees at Westin

No way to change music in workout room January 30th and we are listening to easy country Christmas music . Please make it stop!!!

This is an inferior Westin. Looks impressive on the outside, but inside the rooms are very run down, no Heavenly beds, no Concierge lounge , and awful service.

The WiFi isn't free?

Hotel muito bom! Bem próximo do aeroporto e do metrô. Quartos grandes e o banheiro tem banheira . Pouco barulho!
