Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport

Free parking in a parking garage very close by. Nice hotel for a conference or meetings. New, more strict policy regarding outside food and drink.

Very close to airport . Free car park available in close carpark storey. Free wifi availability depending on room. Club rooms can access to club lounge which is very convenient. Rooms are cold.

As a Platinum SPG guy, this Sheraton is okay as far as they go. Bar prices are high, rooms are spacious and nice, beds comfy , amenities disappointing. Will try Westin next time.

Close to the airport , optional fee parkade very close to the hotel (or $20 in their lot), nice restaurant , clean comfortable and awesome pillows

Comfortable beds , clean comfortable room . As a frequent traveler, this the type of hotel i look forward to finding.

Shuttle took a long time to get us at airport . Rooms are spacious . Great fitness center . Good food in restaurant .

If you need to download anything for your flight, good luck. Get the Premium Internet for streaming, but even that won't let you download movies to your device.

The front desk staff are very nice: They called a shuttle for a woman who was at the wrong Sheraton. The people at the bar nice too

Rooms are huge and club room has snacks but that's about all this dated Embassy Suites turned Sheraton has goin'. Bartenders are rude and housekeeping is slow. Eat across the street at Harry Caray's.

The rooms are incredible. The bed amazing! And is noiseless!

They jst renovated so rooms are super nice n ask for upgrade than u will get access to club lounge !~

Reminds me of Embassy Suites - nice size room/suite. Wish they had free WiFi .

This place feels, looks, and smells like an Embassy Suites . Unfortunately when you go downstairs for your complimentary breakfast , you will be given a giant reality check. Welcome to the Sheraton!

Had some trouble with our room and Mark helped us out. Very nice guy.

Really nice Service

Spacious and elegant suites. The towels are old and small, the shower head is old and barely gives any water..

The rooms here have so much room for activities !!

Service at the bar is incredibly slow. Bartender disappears for minutes. Protip order something high in alcohol as it will be awhile.

I had good service . Requested a room change due to road noise and was quickly accommodated.

Don't worry they have both feather and foam pillows in the room.

Save money by crossing the street and eating at pine grove family restaurant .

Hope your not in a hurry to get here from the airport .. Stay here a lot and the van driver always has excuses..

Goose island Honker's Ale on tap is the best!

This place's customer service is worthless. Don't you dare accidentally leave anything, the lost & found is non existant. I suspect my Blackberry & booklight are now being used by the squirly manager.

The best foam pillows

Tired decor -- nasty bathroom -- non-functioning sauna -- yuck!

Beware! Hotel Parking isn't free for guest, and you have to pay anytime over :30 minutes.

Really bad internet

No pool!!!! Very disappointing!!
