Nice pools. Access to the beach and pier , and a great water view . If you have to be online, forget it. Wifi access only if you wanna be close to your room's door or at the front desk. Poor breakfast .

This hotel is amazing! For the price u pay is worth it! All the rooms have great views ! Complimentary breakfast is Delish! The crew from the front desk to the cleaning lady are so polite! Recommended

Super friendly staff , very nice room (611), breakfast is always the same but still very good! Wifi is free and works everywhere! Hidden fees - Yes! Beware! We paid almost twice more than expected.

Great compared to the small little hotels on south beach ! Worth the money and relaxing its nice that you get breakfast free also the parking is a rip off it could have been free :-)

The Pool, Spa , And Peer Are The Only Things That's Great Here. The Hotel Rooms Need A Lot Of Work. They Say 5 Stars, But It's In Need Of Terrible Upgrade. I Guess Its Decent In Sake Of Miami Standards

I don't know about Hendrix ; but, Wayne Cochran and the C.C. Riders certainly lit it up w local classics like "Goin' Back to Miami". Former home of the famous "Pub " restaurant w awesome prime rib .

So far happy with service, room decor not the greatest but guess don't matter if ur not in the room much ;) free wifi , nice staff , good price, so its a winner

Try not to get angry at the front because they will keep you there for a long time just to get your room ready. Believe me, it took more than 5 hours just for me and my family to get our room.

I've been coming here since i was a kid and i have loved every minute every time i come here.

We love the place. Still crazy as to.... How... We came to be here.. But thats a different story.

When checking your bill on the TV it will show each charge twice. Don't freak out because it only adds them once. :-)

This hotel is ghetto ass hell they're Short staffed it takes forever for house keeping to clean your room & the staff don't explain stuff for you all the way but they need to upgrade this hotel

Customer service is great but room quality is in need of a upgrade bad stained carpet over top of our shower leaked views are good but the windows are dirty for what it cost major let down

Not what it used to be. Ugly dirty overcrowded beaches with ghetto people. This used to be a great place sad to see what has happened to it.

Rooms vary since they are remodeling. Weekends are crowded with timeshare sales.

Came to this hotel 16 years ago thru Interval. Was my honey moon. It was beautiful. Today is nothing about what it used to be. The room is dirty and the furniture is old. Smells bad. Not recomended.
