Great place to stay with access to the beach . The staff is nice and helpful. The only drawback was the high carb breakfast . If you want to have eggs you will pay extra.

Wifi is free and good enough, although you may relogin after some idle time from the web usage on your device.

Hotel has been a lot better in the last few years. Staff is friendly , but parking rates have seen a steep climb although you have to wait longer for your car. Not enough deck chairs and sun screens.

Great family ambience. Horrible air conditioning system. Staff is really great ... Since they have to make up for the rest of the complete ASSHOLES who work here. Good luck. It's a gamble .

Nothing is good here.... we were given a room on the 8th floor and it had cockroaches ... so the we requested a new room and tonight just found more cockroaches in the new room. Hotel furniture is old.

I've found and killed 3 little cockroaches in the bedroom, one each day in the room. One day a larger cockroach was found in the hall near the elevators .

The view &location were great but the hotel rooms are old & not maintained. Hallway smelled like mildew. Sofa bed had hair, dirt, food, old socks. Broken cabinets & shower door. Stay somewhere else.

In the 8th floor there's a garbage deposit right beside a room. My mother was in that room and found multiple little cockroaches in the kitchen area.

Trust me, you won't like it

The lack of a full service dinner venue was a disappointment. They only have a bar/lounge for dinner and a pizza shop in the basement .

Their bartenders have no clue on how to make a cocktail . Keep it simple or big your own.

Kinda dumpy, I'd stay near the airport and take a rental car to the beach .

Overall I didn't like the place. Valet service makes you wait!

A lot of noise at night; partying neighboors but not as much as the water pipes in the walls...

Rooms not in good condition. Price too high.

BEWARE if you leave anything in your room its likely to be stolen or placed in "lost & found" smh

Avoid the valet parking if at all possible! A few of the guys are great, the rest are so awful it negates the good ones!

This is the worst hotel in miami the reception guys are not nice also the valet parking is worst .. Dont ever think to stay here

Ótima localização. Meio salgado o preço porém compensa. Os quartos são bons. Escolha quartos de frente para a praia . Reserve pela internet e ganhe estacionamento grátis .

Eu digo ok p um regular conforto. Hotel precisando reforma. Tem geladeira, microondas uma peq cozinha. Restaurante bagunçado. Mta gente. Comida boa.
