Love this beach . Lots of stuff to do and great restaurants too. If you have kids there are plenty activities to keep them busy. If you’re an adult and want bars and games they have that too.

1st timer, really nice. Soft sand and clear water. The waves are awesome!!!! Breath taking !!!????

We chilled out on Mission Beach for several hours. The ocean water was too cold for us but still pleasant and relaxing. There are also several shops, restaurants , and other attractions .

Great place to jog, walk, bike , blade or just sit and people watch . South Mission Jetty to Crystal Pier and back = 5.25 miles. Grab some food @ World Famous if you get hungry.

It's beautiful! Paradise! Sunsets , girls, bikinis, dogs, so many types of skate stuff and bicycles. Awesome!

The Giant Dipper, a classic, wooden roller coaster in Belmont Park along Mission Beach, is one of only two ocean-side coasters on the West Coast.

Make sure to walk the whole Boardwalk and see all the action. Weekends are packed at Mission Beach

Walk or run on the boardwalk all the way down to Mission Point for some great exercise.

Nice beach spent a day here but wish they had more shops and restaurants

We love the early evenings when the houses start turning their lights on. The boardwalk is positively beautiful for a stroll.

Be sure to get there early. Parking is not fun. The boardwalk is nice but a little too crowded . I like the mini roller coaster tho.

Built in 1925, the roller coaster in the U.S. to have National Landmark status and to be on the National Register of Historic Places.

In summer, on weekends, it's busiest between 11am and 3pm. No problem finding parking if you arrive before 11.

Thong bikinis are technically illegal on Mission Beach, which is both good and bad, depending on who might try to wear one.

Awesome place to jog/walk or just simply explore.

Watch for the Gestapo SDPD! They patrol vigorously for people smoking & drinking on the beach or boardwalk. Tickets are not cheap !! **BEWARE** Waste of tax dollars IMHO!!
