If you're feeling particularly hungry and have a friend or two with you, order the family options. $9 + tax and tip gets you four dishes and some egg rolls , and that's just the cheapest option.
Terrible service, lame food, awful decor. This is not some SJ treasure - get the same quality food at Panda Express, but with better service, get it faster, and in a cleaner place, too.
They give huge portions for the reasonable prices...also they make great fried rice !
The lemon chicken is delicious!
